Tonight, students in the Maine West Orchestra program performed for family and friends at the "Orchestra Informance." The event had a casual, open rehearsal format that allowed family and friends to sit up close and personal, among the ensemble, and to experience a little of what it feels like to be in an orchestra.
Students demonstrated the rehearsal process and gave us a taste of the pieces they are working on for future performances.
Well done, orchestra musicians! We look forward to hearing you play the pieces featured tonight in concert!
